Melissa is a Navy Veteran and Registered Nurse with a lifelong commitment to service and community care. Her military background instilled a deep respect for discipline, attention to detail, and readiness under pressure, while her nursing career strengthened her passion for protecting lives through education and prevention.
Motivated by a desire to serve beyond the clinical setting, Melissa founded this Women Veteran-Owned Small Business to provide high-quality CPR training that is practical, professional, and rooted in real-world medical experience.

North Channel Solutions, LLC is a woman-owned, veteran-owned business founded by Tiffany Ragsdale, RN, BSN, a licensed Registered Nurse in Florida. As a certified American Red Cross instructor, Tiffany brings her medical expertise and passion for education to every CPR, AED, and First Aid class—serving both adult and pediatric learners.
